Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician.
Food Industry, Plastic or Packaging experience a plus.
$2000 sign on bonus pais at 30 days.
ResponsibilitiesConduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on Motors, drives, conveyors, blow molding, filler machines, high speed packaging.
480v and 3 phase motors
Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
