Position Overview

As an Entry Level Sales Representative , you'll start your journey in a fully remote, commission-only sales role. No prior experience is required — just a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with uncapped income potential and leadership growth.

What You’ll Do

Connect with clients virtually to assess insurance needs
Recommend personalized insurance plans from top-rated carriers
Manage leads and follow-up using CRM tools
Deliver excellent customer care with integrity and professionalism
Participate in ongoing mentorship, coaching, and development
Stay licensed and compliant within your state’s requirements
