Job Title: Product Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Administrator with a strong background in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in product management and administration, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and collaborating with cross functional teams. This role is crucial for ensuring that our product offerings meet market demands and align with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the product administration process, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and practices.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new features.
Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of product requirements.
Support the training and onboarding of new team members on Agile practices and product administration processes.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a deal breaker.
Proven experience in product management and administration, with a focus on delivering high quality products.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle.
Experience in a remote work environment, demonstrating self motivation and discipline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
15+ years of experience in product administration or management, with a strong emphasis on Agile practices.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner) are highly desirable.
