Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with a rotating day off each week

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification required
• Texas Medical Board (TMB) license required
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Vascular Interventional (VI) certification preferred
• Previous Interventional Radiology experience (pediatric experience preferred)
• Comprehensive understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Demonstrated critical thinking, professional judgment, and ongoing commitment to continuing education

Responsibilities:

• Perform and document specialized interventional radiographic and diagnostic procedures
• Act as a liaison between patients and clinical team
• Uphold high standards for patient care, safety, and infection control
• Prepare and administer contrast agents and medications per policy and regulation
• Conduct patient assessments and ensure informed consent
• Maintain supplies, quality control, and appropriate inventory
• Mentor and educate team members and students
• Participate in ongoing process improvement and quality initiatives
