Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of professional nursing services to clients of all ages, including admission, evaluation, and care plan development.
- Collaborate with a team of homecare professionals and paraprofessionals to ensure coordinated care for clients.
- Monitor and assess clients' health status, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate clients and families about health conditions and care plans.
