As a Maintenance Technician on our 2nd shift, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. You'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair food processing and packaging equipment, ensuring everything operates at peak performance. $25 - $30 hour + $2 Hour Shift Differential + $1,000 Sign On Bonus per year

• Ensure all food processing and packaging equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boiler and ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with SQF-certified food safety management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and product quality.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to safely perform maintenance tasks following training and authorization
• Ability to comply with LOTO, electrical safety, and confined space requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school preferred
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Designation as an OSHA-defined authorized employee for LOTO
• Confined space entry training
• Electrical safety or NFPA 70E awareness training
• Familiarity with boiler systems and wastewater treatment operations
• Experience working in SQF or BRCGS-certified facilities
