Learn more about our team and approach at About the Position As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join our team on a long-term career path. This role is centered on retaining and deepening relationships with our current clients, with a particular focus on younger clients who represent the next generation of our practice. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced advisor who wants a supportive team environment, an established book of clients to service, and room to grow into a senior advisory role over time. We are open to candidates who bring their own client book with them, as well as candidates looking to build a career from the ground up within our practice. Either path is supported by our infrastructure, technology, and team of experienced advisors and staff. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of current clients, with an emphasis on younger/emerging clients Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support high client retention Conduct client review meetings, addressing financial planning questions and evolving needs Develop and present financial plans and recommendations in coordination with senior advisors and planning staff Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and introduce additional planning or service offerings as client needs evolve Collaborate with the planning and operations team to implement recommendations and ensure timely follow-through Assist with the management of client 401(k) plans, including plan reviews, participant education, and coordination with plan providers Maintain compliance with all regulatory, firm, and industry standards Participate in ongoing training and professional development to grow within the practice Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on client service and efficiency Qualifications FINRA Series 65 or Series 66 license required Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry Demonstrated interest in a long-term career in financial services/advisory work Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a genuine interest in client service Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to clients at varying stages of their financial journey Self-motivated and comfortable managing a client caseload independently Familiarity with financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, NaviPlan, or similar) preferred Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and efficient time management Existing client book a plus, but not required Core Technology Utilized Fidelity Wealthscape Compensation & Growth Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will include a combination of salary, and bonus based on firm wide and individual goals. Salary range will vary based on experience between $80-$110k/year plus bonus.The salary range is also negotiable if an advisor is bringing over a book of business with them.
