Job Details

Our company, a leading force in the SaaS product space, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager (F&I or Data/CDP) to join our team. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management to lead the development and execution of several of our product's vision and strategy which will be new multimillion dollar revenue streams for the business. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an innovative mindset and a strong technical background to make a significant impact on our product's future growth.

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will:

1. Define and execute the product vision and strategy, working closely with stakeholders to align the product roadmap with business objectives.
2. Utilize tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor to manage and analyze product data effectively, automate workflows, and create an operating model for product development.
3. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that products meet customer needs and business goals.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
5. Use your knowledge of DMS's and be able to integrate into the product suite and build on top of it.
6. Create wireframes and prototypes to illustrate product features and functionality.
7. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
8. Monitor and report on product performance, using data to inform future product development decisions.

To be considered for the Sr. Product Manager role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, with experience in automotive software (F&I and digital retail) highly preferred.
2. Proven experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or others to support discovery, spec writing, prototyping, and customer research.
3. Strongly working knowledge of DMS's like CDK, Tekion, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerTrack or equivalent platforms and ability to integrate one into a product suite.
4. Demonstrable experience in developing Go-To-Market strategies, building brand narratives, and managing product positioning.
5. Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes to illustrate product features and functionality.
6. A strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to apply them to product design.
7. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
8. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
