Certified Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist

Position Overview SportsCare & Armworks is seeking a dedicated Occupational or Physical Therapist to join our hand therapy team. The role is for immediate hire and offers the opportunity to grow and develop as a hand therapist while providing individualized patient care. Responsibilities Deliver 45‑minute, one‑on‑one hand therapy appointments to patients with post‑traumatic, surgical, and repetitive‑strain injuries of the elbow, wrist, and hand. Maintain accurate charting and documentation within the clinic’s schedule. Collaborate with a multi‑therapist team and use a wide range of therapy equipment and gym space. Educate and coach patients throughout the treatment process. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum. Current Oregon state license (OT or PT), current California Hand Therapy (CHT) license, and CPR certification. Experience in splinting preferred, or strong willingness to learn splinting techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization, analytical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy, and patient care. Enjoys working in a dynamic, multi‑therapist team environment. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $93,000 – $109,000 (dependent on hand therapy experience) Sign‑on bonus: available based on experience and clinic fit. Half‑day Fridays schedule option. 45‑minute one‑on‑one treatment sessions, up to 11 treatments per day. Charting slot built into schedule. $1,500 annual CEU allowance plus MedBridge subscription.
