Marketing Specialist

Aegis Administration and HeroProtects are rapidly growing administrators of Home Warranty and Vehicle Service Contract programs. This is a hands‑on Marketing Specialist role supporting both brands, for someone who loves the daily craft of marketing: designing, writing, building, launching, and measuring, while thinking strategically about how two distinct brands grow together. You'll be the person designing the graphics, creating the content, running the social channels, building the campaigns, and producing the materials our sales and partner teams rely on — not managing a team of people who do it for you. The right candidate is a skilled hands‑on designer and a genuinely strong social media marketer, with a manager's judgment and a specialist's craft. WHAT YOU'LL DO Design & Print Production Serve as the in‑house designer for both brands, graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital, print, social, and sales use Design and produce dealership and partner point‑of‑sale materials: rack cards, brochures, flyers, counter displays, banners, and co‑branded collateral Build print‑ready files to spec and coordinate production and delivery with print vendors Social Media Own and grow the social presence for both brands: content calendar, creative, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking Create platform‑native content that keeps both brands active, consistent, and professional Web & Digital Manage, update, and maintain both brand websites in WordPress — page builds, content updates, landing pages, imagery, plugins, and basic SEO hygiene Build and send email marketing campaigns, from list management and template design through deployment and reporting Plan and execute marketing calendars, product launches, and promotional campaigns from concept through delivery Create sales enablement and partner‑facing materials: pitch decks, program one‑pager, product overviews, and onboarding collateral Support trade shows, dealer events, and partner meetings with booth graphics, signage, handouts, and promotional items Brand & Compliance Maintain and protect brand standards for both Aegis Administration and HeroProtects — every external piece aligned with each brand's identity, voice, and visual guidelines Ensure all marketing content meets industry compliance expectations — accurate, transparent, and free of misleading coverage claims — partnering with Compliance when review is needed Track and report on campaign performance and use the data to refine what we do next WHAT YOU BRING Required: 4+ years of hands‑on marketing experience with demonstrated ability to personally produce high‑quality content and campaigns Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or comparable professional design tools), a portfolio of work will be requested Print production knowledge: building print‑ready files (bleeds, resolution, color specs) and working with print vendors Hands‑on WordPress experience: building and updating pages and keeping multiple sites current Proven social media expertise: growing and managing business accounts, creating platform‑native content, and using performance data to improve results Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice across two distinct brands Proficiency with email marketing platforms and social media management tools Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort working independently in a fast‑paced, growing company Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience Experience in vehicle service contracts, home warranty, insurance, financial services, or another compliance‑aware industry Experience creating marketing for automotive dealerships, F&I products, or dealer/agent channel programs Experience managing multiple brands or product lines Video and short‑form content creation skills (Reels‑style content, basic video editing) Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM Basic analytics experience (Google Analytics, email metrics, campaign reporting) WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Both brands active, consistent, and professional across every channel, especially social, where the content is fresh, on‑brand, and engaging Polished, professionally designed materials the sales and partner teams actually use Fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality Repeatable processes and templates that scale as we grow Creative instincts balanced with the accuracy this industry demands WHY JOIN US At Aegis Administration and HeroProtects, we're building something different.
