Vascular Medicine Physician

The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Mayo Clinic Florida seeks a Vascular Medicine Physician to join a growing, multidisciplinary vascular program. This role offers the opportunity to help build a comprehensive vascular medicine service aligned with Mayo Clinic’s integrated care model. The position emphasizes clinical excellence with opportunities in program development, education, and research. The ideal candidate will have expertise in arterial, venous, and lymphatic disease, with an interest in venous thromboembolism and wound care.Clinical & Program ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient and inpatient vascular medicine consultationsManage PAD, CLTI, VTE, thrombophilia, venous disease, vasculitis, and lymphatic disordersParticipate in a vascular medicine consult service and multidisciplinary care (cardiology, vascular surgery, IR, general internal medicine, and hematology)Interpret noninvasive vascular studies (ABI, duplex, physiologic testing, vascular CTA, and MRI)Contribute to the development of integrated care pathways (PAD, CLTI, VTE, PERT)Education & ResearchTeach and mentor trainees across levels of training, including medical students, residents, and fellows.Participate in conferences and curriculum developmentEngage in clinical research, trials, and registriesWhy Mayo Clinic Mayo Clinic is top-ranked in more specialties than any other care provider according to U.S. News & World Report.
