Pay Rate: Up to $62/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.Additional Bonuses, Group Health Insurance benefits available on day 1, 401k and more!ICU RN- Shifts: 12hr, 07:00-19:00Job Summary:Provides intensive care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and interventions.Key Responsibilities:Assess patients' conditions, vital signs, and histories.Administer medications, set up IVs, perform diagnostics, and manage wounds.Monitor patients and respond to emergencies promptly.Collaborate with the care team and educate patients/families.Document care and maintain records per hospital policy.Requirements:RN license in state of assignment. *Compact License Allowed*Minimum 2-year(s) exp.BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. TNCC and TNS preferredExperience in medical-surgical units preferred.Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.Work Environment & Demands:Will work every 3rd weekendHospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
