Overview AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment beginning 05/26/2026 in Nantucket, Massachusetts. The role requires 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week, and a pay rate of $2,561.00–$2,639.00 per week. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized home‑health treatment plans. Deliver Physical Therapy services in patients’ homes to help them regain mobility and independence. Document progress, communicate findings, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team. Adapt therapy techniques to meet each patient’s goals and goals of care. Qualifications Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts (PT‑MA). Minimum 1 year of Home Health Physical Therapy experience. BLS‑AHA certification required (copy needed). Valid Social Security Number and Date of Birth for credentialing.
