Regional Sales Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected industrial manufacturer known for precision gearing, custom gearbox solutions, gearbox repair and rebuild work, and engineered power transmission products used in demanding industrial environments.

The Regional Sales Representative will develop new business, grow key accounts, and support revenue growth across custom gearing, gearbox manufacturing, gearbox repair and rebuild services, reverse engineering projects, replacement gearing, spare parts, and engineered power transmission solutions.

High-value engineered products and repair services will be sold into mission-critical industries. Technical expertise in gearing, gearbox operation, and power transmission will be highly valued. A stable industrial employer with long-term growth opportunities will be represented. Strong earning potential will be available through base salary and uncapped commission.

Full-time employment will be offered. Remote work will be supported. Regional travel of approximately 50–70% will be expected. Overnight travel may be required.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a regional territory growth strategy, pursuing new business with OEMs, EPC firms, industrial end-users, mills, refineries, power plants, mining operations, ports, and heavy manufacturing facilities, managing and expanding existing customer relationships, conducting customer visits, plant tours, and technical sales presentations, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through solution development and close, coordinating customer solutions with engineering, estimating, and manufacturing teams, maintaining CRM records, sales forecasts, and opportunity pipelines, reviewing technical specifications, drawings, applications, and project requirements, and identifying and developing gearbox repair, rebuild, reverse engineering, replacement gearing, spare parts, field service, and engineering support opportunities.

Required qualifications include 5+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, new business development experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or heavy industry, experience selling engineered products, industrial equipment, power transmission products, rotating equipment, gearboxes, bearings, motors, drives, or related industrial solutions, strong consultative and technical sales abilities, CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills, the ability to travel throughout the assigned region, and a valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications include experience with gearboxes, gearing, power transmission, rotating equipment, industrial maintenance, reliability, or heavy manufacturing, existing relationships within industrial markets, an engineering, manufacturing, mechanical, or technical background, experience working with OEMs and industrial end-users, strong mechanical aptitude, and customer-facing technical presentation skills.
