You're a great fit for this role if you love...

• Washing, sanitizing, and properly storing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Operating, cleaning, and maintaining commercial dishwashing equipment with care and precision.
• Keeping the kitchen, dish room, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Managing waste, recycling, and compost disposal quickly and efficiently throughout your shift.
• Jumping in to assist the culinary team when needed, whether that means prepping basic ingredients or tackling sudden rushes.
• Partnering with servers and cooks to prioritize clean dishware for VIP events and peak dining hours.
• Communicating equipment issues, chemical supply needs, and safety concerns clearly and quickly.
• Creating a positive, cooperative kitchen environment where everyone feels supported and respected.
• Taking pride in the quiet details that guests may not always see but always feel.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be able to follow verbal and written directions.
• Must be able to work with industrial cleaning supplies.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability of successfully multi-task several duties at one time.

Physical Demands :

• Must possess sufficient strength to perform job responsibilities.
• Exert physical effort in lifting/transporting at least 50 pounds.
• Push/pull carts and other equipment for up to 250 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4-hours in length.
• Ability to perform various activities such as constant standing, walking, frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting.
