The role requires collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered services, primarily during day shifts with weekend rotation. Job Details Position Description: The role involves working on a Medical Surgical unit with 30 beds, caring for medical and surgical patients. Responsibilities include utilizing electronic medical records and delivering nursing care aligned with organizational standards. Required Qualifications: Active BLS certification; associate's degree or diploma in nursing; current Indiana state nursing license; at least 2 years of nursing experience, including travel experience on a Medical Surgical unit; valid driver's license for location requirements; no minimum experience years specified. Schedule: Dayshift, 0700-1930, every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday), at least 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays in six weeks, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Must be available every day during the first week of orientation for onboarding. The unit cares for Medical Surgical patients, and candidates should demonstrate a positive, team-oriented personality and adaptable work schedule.
