Our programs focus on building academic, social, and behavioral skills where students learn best - right in their school environment. We partner with school districts throughout Long Island to provide dedicated RBTs and Behavior Technicians. We're currently looking for reliable coverage staff available weekday mornings to fill in for team members as needed - ensuring that students continue to receive consistent, high-quality support every day. Key Responsibilities Be available on-call Monday-Friday between 6:00-9:00 AM to accept same-day school assignments. Provide 1:1 ABA and behavioral support under BCBA supervision during full school days. Follow individualized behavior intervention and support plans. Collect accurate data on behavior and skill progress. Communicate and collaborate with teachers, clinical supervisors, and school staff. Maintain detailed and professional documentation per school and agency standards. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
