We are a flying club with 500 pilot members. Our Front Desk provides a number of services to pilots including dispatching flights, checking flights back in, invoicing members for flights, and tracking flight hours. They are the core of our community and serve a vital role in making our club, the best flying club in California. 

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Dispatching flights
• Checking-in and invoicing flights
• Tracking flight hours
• Scheduling member flights
• Welcoming and signing-up new members
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Keeping office clean and organized

Requirements:

• Alert aware multi-tasking
• Personable, professional, enthusiastic, and welcoming demeanor
• Competency in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
• Lots and lots of common sense and problem solving
• Aviation experience preferred (but not required)
• Able to live and work in the United States
• Able to commute to San Carlos for work 2-3 days a week

Work Hours and Schedule:

• We are open 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM every day, including weekends
• Either full-day shifts 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, or in half day shits 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM or 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM, or some combination
• About 20-30 total hours per week

Compensation:

• $22-25/hour
