We're a local, family-owned Colorado company that has been helping homeowners for over 32 years. We're looking for motivated, personable people to join our Inside Sales team and help homeowners take the next step with their home improvement projects.

You don't need years of sales experience to succeed here. We provide paid training and daily coaching.

We can teach you the process; we're looking for people who communicate well, take feedback seriously, and follow through.

What You Can Earn

• $18/hour starting base pay
• Opportunity to increase to $20/hour after a successful 30-day performance review
• $52,000–$68,000+ in typical full-time annual earnings, including bonuses
• Top performers earn $1,000+ in bonuses every two weeks
• Three performance-based bonuses
• Paid training from day one

Performance-based earnings vary by individual results and are not guaranteed. Annual earnings figures apply to full-time employment.

What You'll Do

You'll connect with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products, follow up with people who haven't scheduled an appointment, and reconnect with previous customers who may be interested in future projects.

Your goal is to create a positive customer experience and schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team.

In this role, you will:

• Understand homeowner needs: Ask questions, listen carefully, and learn about their home improvement interests.
• Build confidence and handle objections: Follow the company script, answer questions, and explain the value of an in-home consultation without being pushy.
• Schedule qualified appointments: Confirm genuine homeowner interest and gather the information needed to set the sales team up for success.
• Follow through: Complete follow-up activities and maintain accurate customer notes and records.
• Grow your performance: Work toward goals, apply coaching, and improve the quality and consistency of your results.
