Role Description The Commercial Loan Closing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Fond du Lac, WI. This role is responsible for post-closing review, servicing, and ongoing maintenance of commercial loan files to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with bank policy and applicable federal and state regulations. This position also provides cross-functional support in pre-closing due diligence, documentation preparation, and loan closing coordination, serving as a backup to the Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist, as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2–5 years of banking experience in commercial, consumer, or mortgage lending, with preference for loan operations or servicing experience. Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation, closing processes, and post-closing requirements. Familiarity with loan systems, document preparation software, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously. Attention to detail with the ability to identify documentation exceptions and ensure resolution. Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
