Unit: DOAK Skilled Nursing
Assignment: 13 weeks
Housing: Facility-provided onsite housing available
Start Date: 10/12/2026
End Date: 01/10/2027
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: $57/hour
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,280/week
Housing: Facility-provided onsite housing
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Serves as the licensed Nursing Home Administrator for DOAK Skilled Nursing
Oversees daily skilled nursing operations and resident-centered care
Responsible for regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Leads staffing, employee development, and workforce planning
Oversees quality assurance and performance improvement
Manages resident/family relations and grievance resolution
Participates in budget and operational performance management
Works with the Director of Nursing, interdisciplinary teams, residents, families, medical providers, and organizational leadership
Reports to the Senior Director of Casey's Pond and governing Board of Directors
Directly and/or indirectly supervises skilled nursing staff and department leadership
Unencumbered Colorado Nursing Home Administrator license – Required
Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health Administration, or related field preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
3+ years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, older adult services, or healthcare operations required
5+ years preferred
Experience with nursing home administration, regulatory survey readiness, personnel management, quality improvement, resident/family relations, budgeting, and strategic/operational planning preferred
Strong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of skilled nursing operations and long-term care regulations
Knowledge of survey processes, plans of correction, QAPI, resident rights, infection prevention, and life safety requirements
Advanced computer skills and experience with electronic health records
