RN Surgical ServicesTryfacta is seeking an RN Surgical Services for our client in Bethesda, MD 20892. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Position Title: RN Surgical ServicesLocation: Bethesda, MD 20892Duration: 13 weeks with possible extensionWork Schedule: Mon to Fri (07:00AM to 03:30PM and 03:00PM to 11:30PM with intermittent on call (14-17 times a month) on evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as neededResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Assess patients before surgery.Coordinate perioperative care.Assist surgeons and anesthesia teams during procedures.Monitor patient safety and documentation.Provide post-operative care and education.To be considered for this position, you should have:Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice.Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).Successful completion of the NCLEX-RN exam.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. From AHA or Red Cross.Require 2-3 years of current acute care hospital operating room experience.Common preferred qualifications:1–2+ years of surgical, perioperative, operating room (OR), or acute care nursing experience.Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.Experience in: Pre-Op nursingIntra-Op/Operating Room nursingPost-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)Same-Day SurgeryFamiliarity with surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient monitoring.Specialized certifications (preferred):CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) for OR nurses.RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) for advanced surgical-assist roles.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
