Remote Voice Recording Specialist for AI Training

Alignerr is seeking a Voice Recording Specialist (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will record natural speech to train AI systems, reading scripts and prompts while adjusting tone and pace. The role is flexible, asynchronous, and requires a quiet recording space and a basic microphone or smartphone.

Ideal candidates have a clear speaking voice and can work 10–40 hours weekly with reliability and independence; no voice acting experience is required.
