**Join Our Team as a NICU RN: A Rewarding Night Shift Opportunity!** **Job Description:** * Are you an experienced NICU Nurse ready to make a significant impact in the lives of fragile newborns and their families? * Embrace the challenge of providing exceptional care in a Level 3 or 4 NICU setting. **Responsibilities:** * Lead with confidence as a self-directed nursing professional. * Utilize the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for your patients. * Address the complex emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. * Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness. * Maintain accurate patient history and documentation. * Assess learning needs and provide vital education to patients, families, and caregivers. **Job Requirements:** **Education/Skills** * Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred. **Experience** * Minimum of 1 year in a related nursing specialty preferred. **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications** * Current BLS certification (AHA only) required. * Current NRP certification required. * STABLE certification in Post-resuscitation/Pre-transport care required. * Valid RN License in TX or compact state required. **Position Requirements:** * New hires must attend New Nurses Orientation within 30 days of hire. * Precepted by trained staff and validate competencies through comprehensive training. * Completion of all annual competency verification requirements. **Experience** * Perinatal RN Residency or recent perinatal setting practice is preferred. **Work Schedule:** * Nights: 7 PM - 7 AM **Work Type:** * Full Time **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
