Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Washington USA. As an Architectural Designer you will be responsible for creating innovative designs and plans for various architectural projects. You will collaborate with clients and team members to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet all necessary codes and regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software Conduct site visits and gather relevant information for project design Collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility Create presentations and proposals for clients Stay updated on industry trends, codes and regulations Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design Proficient in CAD software and other design tools Strong understanding of building codes and regulations Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with free visa sponsorship and airfare.
