Labor & Employment Legal Assistant

This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule and a competitive salary of $75,000 – $90,000. Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys in the Labor & Employment practice area Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and client communications Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines using legal document management systems Assist with time entry, billing, and expense reports Coordinate meetings, hearings, depositions, and travel arrangements File legal documents with state and federal courts and agencies Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and outside counsel Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary, preferably in labor and employment law Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment Team player with a proactive and professional attitude Job details Employment type: Full-time Job function: Legal Industries: Law Practice Seniority level: Not Applicable Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Mack & Associates, Ltd. by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Mack & Associates, Ltd.
