Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology - Central U.S.

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage oncology study activities across Central U.S. sites. This role involves site selection, regulatory oversight, training, compliance monitoring, and occasional travel for study initiation visits.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities and compliance at participating clinical trial sites
- Conduct site selection, initiation visits, and contract/budget negotiations
- Train sites on proper data collection and safety event reporting procedures
- Monitor ongoing site performance and ensure regulatory adherence throughout studies
- Oversee study closure activities and final site documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- Bachelor's degree or nursing degree
- Oncology experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Current residence in Central United States with willingness to travel regionally
Compensation: $97,000-$193,000 annually
