Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, patient-focused care that builds lasting relationships and positive outcomes
• Diagnose and treatment plan with confidence
• Collaborate with a highly skilled clinical and support team committed to your success
• Continue developing clinically through CE
• Maintain high standards of care and compliance

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active Oregon license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experienced providers and recent graduates both welcome-mentorship and structured support available for all levels
• CPR, DEA, and other required certifications
