Duties Assist with fiduciary litigation cases. Create and implement wealth transfer plans for high-net-worth clients. Collaborate on estate and trust administration matters. Requirements Strong academic background and interpersonal skills. Ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively. Experience working in a team environment. Excellent legal research, verbal communication, and writing skills. High attention to detail and solid organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-stress environment. Prior professional experience and/or an LLM is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
