A Registered Nurse with Open Heart (CVOR) experience is sought for a 404-bed tertiary care Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center in Kissimmee, FL, minutes from Orlando.

The role. In this position, you will deliver perioperative nursing care within a cardiovascular operating room environment, applying specialized clinical knowledge throughout the open heart surgical continuum. You will collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and procedural readiness during complex cardiac cases. The role also carries an on-call commitment — approximately once per week and one weekend per month, with flexibility based on departmental need.

What we're looking for.

• 1 year of Open Heart (CVOR) RN experience in an Acute Care environment required
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation
• BSN preferred
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA Healthcare provider) required
• CNOR preferred

Schedule. Days, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., with on-call approximately once per week and one weekend per month; additional on-call may be required based on departmental need.

Compensation. $31.84 - $46.26/hr
