JOB SUMMARY

The Receptionist will assist with administrative operations at the Dunn, NC corporate headquarters. Most importantly, this includes welcoming staff, customers, and visitors to our location and serve as the first point of contact for Arc3 Gases. Candidate selected for this role must be willing to help others and foster a welcoming office environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and direct incoming calls. 
• Greet and direct visitors.
• Ensure there is always front desk coverage when Receptionist is away from the front lobby
• Handle morning and afternoon mail duties.
• Assist with miscellaneous projects, as needed.
• Complete data entry projects and maintain spreadsheets, as well as complete miscellaneous paperwork.
• Forward overnight/weekend voicemails to correct departments/branches.
• Scan and archive select documents into the TIMS Image Viewer
• Other clerical tasks as assigned

• REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENC E

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• Typing skills preferred.
• Communication skills required.
• Professionalism required.
• Experience as receptionist and switchboard operator

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs of office supplies as needed.
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and interact with people.
• This job is not remote.
