Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Senior Internal Auditor for their Corporate Internal Audit Department. The right candidate will design plan and supervise audit engagements. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan audit engagementsSupervise audit staff during specific audit engagementsAssist Internal Audit Manager with audit engagement reportingSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position may at times manage one or more staff or senior auditors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.QualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.In Office Requirements: Monday through Friday Travel Requirements: Approximately 2-3 per month Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
