Injection Machine Operator

Job Details

As an Injection Machine Operator based in Hot Springs, AR, you will assume a vital role in our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibility entails the meticulous hand packing or packaging of finished products. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential qualities for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Operations: Execute precise hand packing or packaging of finished products according to established procedures and quality standards.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all packaged products meet the specified quality criteria and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and quality output.
Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing insights and suggestions for enhancing packaging procedures and efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred but not required.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the packaging process.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues across different shifts.
Flexibility: Availability to work night shifts and adapt to changing production demands and schedules.
Safety Conscious: Commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
