Definition of Responsibility Under close supervision, determines eligibility of clients for various Homeless Services programs, services and resources in areas such as public or mental health, social services, and aging; and assists other professionals with screening, referral and case management.

- Interviews clients, Assesses needs to eligibility for services according to established guidelines.
- Explains program policies and procedures to clients.
- Assists clients and others in obtaining needed supportive information as required and contacts other agencies to verify information.
