Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with buying, selling, and pawning merchandise
- Clearly explain loan terms, pricing, and store policies
- Accurately process sales, payments, and pawn transactions
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and secure
- Verify customer identification and complete required paperwork
- Follow all company policies and state regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check, if required
