Direct Hire | Starting at $26.00+/Hour (Based on Experience)

Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable Maintenance Apprentice to support the maintenance team in keeping production equipment and facility systems operating safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in industrial maintenance while learning from experienced technicians.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
Perform minor mechanical and electrical repairs under supervision
Safely use hand tools and maintenance equipment
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support maintenance projects
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience or completion of a maintenance/mechanical trade school program
General assortment of hand tools and knowledge of their proper use
Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and grow in an industrial manufacturing environment
Direct Hire opportunity
Starting pay of $26.00+/hour , based on experience
First shift schedule
