Short-Form Video Producer (Videographer & Editor)

Job Summary BAI Capital is looking for a fast, creative, and highly practical Short-Form Video Producer who can film and edit high-quality content for social media and digital advertising. Most of the content will be short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and paid advertising campaigns. This is not a traditional filmmaking role. We need someone who can move quickly, make strong creative decisions, and consistently turn footage into polished videos without requiring several days to complete a short edit. You should be comfortable managing the complete production process, including developing ideas, filming, lighting, directing talent, editing, adding captions and graphics, and delivering final videos in the correct format. We care about quality, but we care even more about producing effective content consistently and quickly. Key Responsibilities Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for social media and paid advertising Produce interviews, educational videos, promotional content, testimonials, and property-related content Turn raw footage into engaging videos with strong pacing, captions, music, graphics, and visual hooks Edit multiple short videos each week while meeting fast turnaround times Set up basic lighting, microphones, and audio equipment Help direct executives, team members, clients, and other participants during filming Work closely with the marketing team to develop concepts and improve content performance Occasionally film at project locations or company events Requirements Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar) Comfortable operating a camera (mostly smartphones) and setting up basic audio and lighting equipment (training can be provided) A strong eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Interest in marketing, real estate, or investment topics is a bonus Must be organized, proactive, and eager to learn Job Offer The job offer consists of working on-site in our offices in Aventura, Florida.
