We're looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in life insurance sales while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. No previous sales or insurance experience is required — we provide the training, mentorship, and resources you need to get started.

What You'll Do

Meet virtually with prospective clients
Learn about individual and family life insurance needs
Educate clients on available life insurance and financial protection solutions
Recommend appropriate coverage options based on individual needs
Help families protect their financial future
Build and maintain professional client relationships
Participate in ongoing training and development
Follow a proven sales process with support from experienced leaders

Who We're Looking For

Motivated and goal-oriented individuals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and be coached
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desire to grow personally, professionally, and financially

Previous life insurance or sales experience is not required .

Candidates must obtain the appropriate life insurance license required to sell insurance in their state before conducting insurance sales.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

Potential annual earnings range from $60,000 to $160,000+ , depending on individual sales performance, effort, and time commitment.
