Job Description:

Security Clearance:

• No personal SECRET clearance is specifically identified for the Site Lead position. CAC is required, with NACI or equivalent reciprocal DoD background investigation for system/access eligibility.

Education/ Certification Mandatory:

• Minimum four-year course of study in a relevant field leading to a bachelor's degree, or a combination of successfully completed post-high-school education and/or training experiences that meets the total qualification requirements for this position level.

Work Experience Mandatory:

• Minimum 5-6 years managing day-to-day functional operations and activities of a contractor workforce supporting military Reparable activities.
• Minimum 5-6 years in operational planning/execution of inventory management, distribution assistance, stock positioning, and sourcing.
• Minimum 5-6 years managing supply and maintenance transactions.
• Minimum 5-6 years of warehouse management.
• Minimum 5-6 years providing technical advice and instruction to personnel.
• Minimum 3-5 years handling fiscal requirements and functions.

Required capabilities:

• Analyze problems, identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and apply solutions.
• Plan and organize work to successfully perform complex tasks.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently, in writing and orally, with personnel at various status and rank.

Travel Details:

• Travel may be required. Local, CONUS, and OCONUS travel are anticipated as needed; all travel requires Government notification/approval. Contract travel is funded through NTE travel CLINs.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead contractor at the assigned site and coordinate activities supporting SECREP-management program objectives.
• Ensure validation of SECREP-management data and accurate inventory records at the site.
• Apply laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment.
• Ensure proper asset issue and receipt.
• Execute Government-approved redistribution of assets between sites.
• Provide expert SECREP-management advice to the Government customer.
• Develop and provide weekly status reports on the site SECREP account.
• Lead development of site briefs, documents, and other program communications.
• Develop and provide monthly and quarterly reports supporting program objectives.
• Perform additional duties typical of or related to the Site Lead role while co-located with supported customers.
