What You'll Do as a CNC Machine Operator:

Operate and maintain CNC machine equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing instructions
Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic programming modifications
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and specification compliance
Monitor production output and document production metrics
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, or equipment issues as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet daily production goals

Skills and Experience:

Previous CNC machine operating experience required
Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain preferred
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and precision measuring tools
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work overtime and weekends as production needs require
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs occasionally
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
