About Palm Point Behavioral Health Palm Point Behavioral Health (affiliated with Universal Health Services) is a 74‑bed behavioral health hospital located in Titusville, Florida, minutes from Cape Canaveral. Palm Point Behavioral Health treats adults, children and adolescents that suffer from a wide range of behavioral health diagnoses including depression, anxiety and substance abuse in a modern and well‑appointed facility. Responsibilities The Nursing Manager will provide direct supervision for all nursing personnel and ensure consistency with hospital philosophy relating to quality patient care through effective leadership. The Nursing Manager will collaborate with supervisory and administrative staff to ensure the provision of high‑quality nursing care on a 24‑hour 7‑day basis. The Nursing Manager will also be responsible for coordinating supervision and direction of staff within all units. The Nursing Manager will make rounds on assigned units to assist with problem solving and coordinate the flow of daily work routines. The Nursing Manager will assist in identification of opportunities for improvement and be responsible for data collection and analysis of performance improvement monitors. Qualifications Education Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN. Licensure and certification Required: Current FL State Registered Nurse licensure. CPR.
