Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a high-energy, technically sharp Manufacturing Engineer to join our world-class manufacturing team. In this role, you will actively optimize electro‑mechanical processes, implement Lean principles, utilize advanced data analytics, and collaborate across disciplines to keep our production lines moving at the speed of innovation. Preferred Skills & Experience Hands‑on experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.) and a baseline comfort with coding/programming (Python, SQL, C++, VBA, etc.) to drive automation and data analysis. Proven expertise in electro‑mechanical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Strong foundation in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior experience supporting fast‑paced production, assembly, or high‑tech manufacturing environments. Responsibilities Optimize Manufacturing Operations: Identify, design, and implement continuous process improvements to drive efficiency, quality, and productivity across production lines. Technical Troubleshooting: Solve complex electro‑mechanical manufacturing issues on the floor and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Data‑Driven Improvement: Analyze technical data and manufacturing metrics to identify trends, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance. CAD & Documentation: Utilize CAD software to support product/process improvements and develop/maintain airtight manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process controls. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure seamless product builds and successful New Product Introductions (NPI). Root Cause Analysis: Lead thorough root cause investigations to resolve build anomalies and structural production bottlenecks. Essential Functions Work in a smoke‑free environment. Wear steel‑toe shoes. Work in a non‑temperature‑controlled environment. Stand for up to 8 hours at a time. Work up to 8 hours of overtime per week. Skills Required CAD (3+ years of experience). Root Cause Analysis (3+ years of experience preferred). Electro‑mechanical (3+ years of experience preferred). Troubleshooting (3+ years of experience preferred). Six Sigma (3+ years of experience preferred). Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years. Experience level: Experienced. Experience & Education Experience: 3 years or more. Education: Bachelor’s degree (required). Shift schedule: Monday‑Friday – 6 pm to 3 am or 1 pm to 10 pm or 8 am to 5 pm (choose one). Salary: $28 – $35 per hour.
