About the Role We’re looking for a passionate, empathetic Registered Dietitian who’s ready to inspire meaningful change, one conversation at a time. What You’ll Do Deliver engaging virtual sessions rooted in motivational interviewing, and behavior change science Build authentic client relationships that lead to lasting transformation Coach across the four wellness pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress Translate clinical expertise into real-life breakthroughs for clients’ energy, metabolism, and well-being Manage your flexible schedule and session goals in a fast-paced, supportive remote environment Maintain timely, accurate documentation with HIPAA-compliant standards Collaborate with a passionate team that’s committed to your success and ongoing development Who You Are A Registered Dietitian with active credentials (multi-state licensing a plus) Experienced or internship-trained, with a passion for client-centered, transformative care Skilled in (or eager to master) motivational interviewing, and lifestyle coaching A natural relationship-builder who thrives in a virtual setting and values deep connection Organized, adaptable, and motivated to grow, both professionally and personally A mission-driven culture redefining what’s possible in nutrition care Competitive pay: $54 to $45/hour for counseling, plus paid admin time and performance incentives Referred clients: $85 to $94/hour Benefits & Compensation Competitive pay: $54 to $45/hour for counseling, plus paid admin time and performance incentives Referred clients: $85 to $94/hour Full-time (W2) benefits including: 20 PTO days, 8 paid holidays CEU and licensing reimbursement Collaborative and supportive team culture. Immediate access to a full client waitlist Work-from-anywhere flexibility Choose a schedule that fits your work/life balance! - Monday - Friday (required to work two evenings) - Tuesday - Saturday (required to work one evening) - Monday - Saturday (one evening and a half-day Saturday and a choice of a half-day during the week) All shifts are conducted in your time zone.
