Customer Service Representative

Greets and assists guests and/or donors. Retail duties will include replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor, changing and maintaining displays, and helping to keep store neat and clean. Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. The Customer Service Rep position requires a demonstration of competence in cashiering. Must be willing to be flexible in work assignments to satisfy store needs. Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of retail operations, as directed. Duties include, but are not limited to: Requirements Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making. Ability to work with people having different abilities. Able to perform repetitive tasks independently. Knowledge of current trends helpful. Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends. Available to work all shifts (weekends and nights a must). All positions require the completion of a background check. Physical Requirements Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times). Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Requires standing, stooping, bending, or carrying for extended periods. Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance. Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity. Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community. Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements. Able to stand, stoop, bend, or carry for extended periods. Able to move 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance. Able to go up and down steps. Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity. Experience 0-2 years High school/Equivalent Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making. Ability to work with people having different abilities. Able to perform repetitive tasks independently. Knowledge of current trends helpful. Ability to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends. Available to work all shifts desired.
