Nurse Practitioner (White Plains)

Function:
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner needed for Community Health organization in Westchester County


Work in 100% outpatient clinic alongside one other provider and support staff
Hours Monday-Fri 8am-5pm with no late nights or weekends
Focus solely on primary care for the adult population (no pediatrics or women's health)
Call is managed via phone only - schedule is rotated
Goal is to treat 22-25 patients per day but this is impacted by no-show rate, may only be 15-20
Site is lean and provider must be comfortable working indepedently
Organization is full scope FQHC with primary care, dental, behavioral health and social work services

Requirements:
NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred)
Training as a Nurse Practitioner (Family or Adult)
Ideally seeking 5 years experience as an NP
