You'll work closely with your team to deliver top-notch service and keep operations running efficiently. What You'll Do As a Warehouse and Counter Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and assisting customers at the sales counter with orders, inquiries, and purchases, delivering friendly, professional service.
• Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment or customer pickup, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
• Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming inventory, verifying accuracy and quality standards.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to uphold safety protocols and streamline workflows.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service, ideally within auto parts, hardware, or industrial supply sectors.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when reading small labels and part numbers.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Warehouse experience, including order picking, is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with industrial parts, hoses, or fittings is advantageous.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods.
