Common RN Visit Types May Include

• Start of care (SOC) visits
• Recertifications and resumptions of care
• Skilled nursing visits
• Patient assessments, teaching, and follow-up care

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas RN license
• Home health experience preferred
• OASIS experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
