Substation CAD Technician II

The Opportunity Ulteig is currently seeking qualified candidates for a CAD Technician II. The CAD Technician supports an assigned group of engineers by providing technical drafting support and creating construction drawings/designs. What You'll Do Successful candidates will complete tasks within the Substation department designing/drafting projects. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and work well within a team. What We Expect from You * Two-year technical degree or currently enrolled in school for Technical Drafting preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of MicroStation is a plus.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling a plus.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software a plus.
• Knowledge in substation electrical protection and control and/or physical

design would be beneficial

• Proven experience in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellent organization and communication skills to ensure projects are
