Job Description: HPE’s Compute Engineering team is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and highly organized professional to serve as a Compute Engineering Operations Advisor. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted partner to the SVP of Compute Engineering, supporting strategic initiatives, communication, and operational excellence. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, enhance organizational processes, and help drive large-scale transformations—ensuring our engineering teams operate at peak efficiency. Primary Responsibilities: Provide strategic counsel and executive support to the SVP of Compute Engineering. Manage high-level communications, presentations, and executive materials. Partner with engineering, product management, and leadership teams to align planning, budgeting, and operational activities. Establish governance frameworks for leadership meetings, decision follow-up, and accountability. Lead initiatives around organizational redesign, process improvements, and strategic planning. Develop KPIs and metrics; analyze data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. Support organizational readiness, operating models, and cost management programs. Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. Travel: 0-15% as needed to support initiatives and stakeholder engagement. Ideal Candidate Profile: 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related fields; MBA or equivalent preferred. Proven track record supporting senior leadership and managing strategic initiatives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to influence across teams and manage multiple high-stakes projects. Experience in organizational transformation, governance, or process optimization a plus.
