Visitor Center Attendant
We are seeking a Visitor Center Attendant for Amicalola Falls State Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to park visitors, offering information about the park's amenities, activities, and attractions.
Responsibilities include greeting visitors upon arrival and providing information about the park, answering questions about park activities, events, and facilities, selling park passes, permits, and merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized visitor center, assisting visitors with special needs or requests, collaborating with park staff to ensure a positive visitor experience, assisting in the cafe when needed, and other duties as apparent or assigned.
This position is based at the Visitor Center in Amicalola Falls State Park. The role may require standing for extended periods. The Visitor Center Attendant role may involve working weekends and holidays to support peak visitor times and special events.
